This 95 room hotel is with the mixed-use development named The District at Eastover and sits on Interstate 55 and border by Eastover and Fondren neighborhoods. In addition to the Residence Inn by Marriot, adjacent buildings include a bank, restaurant, movie theater, office buiding, and residential lofts. The hotel features one, two, and three bedroom guestrooms, Each guestroom contains a workstation, kitchenette, and living space. Other hotel features include a swimming pool, fire pit gathering space, exercise room, putting green, guest laundry, business center, and lobby space.
